Friendship House has been helping children and families since 1871. Today, Friendship House offers expert, confidential care
and services to help children with today's issues. A full range of services are provided for infants through teens and include full family
therapeutic support.
Many children receiving services at Friendship House come from families experiencing situational anxiety or stress, due to divorce, relocation,
economic hardship or social stressors. Other children come from families in crisis.
The professional staff evaluates each child to determine which services will best meet his or her needs. A psychiatrist
supervises all treatment plans and reviews progress.

| Friendship House offers a full range of services for children with emotional difficulties, from infants to adolescents,
and their families.
The collaboration between staff, child and family is goal-directed to help the child overcome adversity in everyday life, in the social, emotional,
psychological and behavioral areas.
