JOB PURPOSE:
To provide in-home school readiness services for at-risk families in the Pottstown area of Montgomery County. This position runs from October through May of each year with additional hours required in September.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred. Experience working with children and families required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Must have valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle.
